Outstanding stay with some of the friendliest staff I've ever encountered at a hotel (particularly a chain). Shout out to Kelly, Steph and Jaraslava. I know the official hotel / QR code feedback is through Google but I hope their manager reads this here (I didn't want to use Google as I couldn't remain anonymous). Right from when I entered the hotel after a long journey it felt welcoming with the bar on the left and reception on the right. Loved the history behind it being an old mill - there were references throughout the hotel. It's in a great position for the town too and only 10 minutes walk from the railway station. Breakfast was great - lots of choice including haggis and tatties which was a nice surprise. The room was very clean indeed with a cosy vibe - I was very relaxed and comfortable. I asked for a higher room with a view and it had a lovely outlook over to the St Paul's Church, now renovated as an open air arts centre. Thank you - I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if I come back to Perth.

The hotel is very Central & has parking. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I had mentioned to Holly (front desk) it was my partners birthday & we were given a lovely room with a welcome birthday message and birthday treat, which was a really lovely gesture. We had a king room which was a good size with a comfy bed & everything we needed. The bathroom could perhaps do with a little updating but everything was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend the hotel for a weekend away.

When we arrived and got our room the bed ran away across the room. We went to reception where Chloe tried to give us another room but when she checked it the bed did the same thing so she sorted another room and it was good. We then went out for dinner and when we got back the wife passed comment that she was warm and Chloe gave her a fan to take to the room. The breakfast was very good the area was clean and all the staff were pleasant.Very good place to stay will go again without any problem. Thanks to everyone .

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. The location was central to what we planned to do. It was nIce to see original features of the watermill were kept and on show - wheels and really nice to see 2 wells and water flowing under hotel. All staff were very helpful, cheerful and nothing was too much bother. A thank you to Evan Maria and Chloé. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a huge choice. We had an evening meal there and it was lovely. If we were back in Perth we would stay there again

Staff friendly and smiley. Liked the original features of the workings of the old mill. Interesting to see the water rushing through - seen from the glass covered holes in the floor at reception! Breakfast was fine. Cereals, fresh melon and pineapple, berries, yoghurts. Cold meats and cheeses, pastries and the usual on the hot buffet. Vegan sausages were available but no "alternative" milks. Good central location with on-site parking.
